Station to Station was developed by a physical education teacher as a way to motivate and manage students. With large class sizes and limited equipment it was necessary to find an effective way to keep kids moving and learning.

Each CD is uniquely formatted to manage student movement and will play in interval of your choice. The music is arranged and produced by S2S Music, Inc. with clean and appropriate sounds and lyrics.

There are now 6 intervals to choose from on each CD:

Track 1: 30 sec. of music – 15 sec. of silence
Track 2: 30 sec. of music – 30 sec. of silence
Track 3: 1 min. of music – 15 sec. of silence
Track 4: 2 min. of music – 15 sec. of silence
Track 5: 3 min. of music – 15 sec. of silence
Track 6: 3 min. of music – 30 sec. of silence

When the music plays the students are active. When it stops the students stop and rotate to the next station. When the music starts again the students are back to work. Teachers don't have to constantly check their stopwatches and blow whistles. Station To Station removes these management burdens and allows teachers time to do what they do best… TEACH!
